The first yoga book I read over twenty five years ago was called “Yoga for Common Ailments.” Since then I've been fascinated by the healing capacity of yoga and dedicated my time to applying yoga to heal myself and others.
In 1999 I began teaching yoga classes. This is still one of my favorite things to do, but over the years I became more and more interested in applying yoga individually. A yoga class may not work for everyone at every stage of their lives. Yoga’s full healing potential can be best achieved while working individually, and this, in fact, is how yoga has traditionally been shared.
